Hi everyone,
I am new to QLC+ and try to use my Novation Launchkey Mini MK3 as midi controller. The keys and fader are working but I can't get the pads to work. Can anyone here help with this issue?
thanks, have a great day

Maybe watching this video might help you: https://youtu.be/DDKXLsjCYEI?feature=shared

Thanks for your reply, unfortunally this doesn't work. I can map every button but not the pads.
Even when I change the funktion of the pads with "shift custom" it is not recognized.

As i do not own a Novation Launchkey Mini MK3, it is difficult to find out what might be the problem.

I suggest you use a tool like MidiView (https://hautetechnique.com/midi/midiview/) to learn what is different between your keys and fader (that are working) and your pads.

If MidiView does not receive any midi message from your pads, the problem is in your Launchkey.
If it turns out that your pads do not use the same Midi Channel (as the Keys and Fader do), you need to configure your Launckey to Omni Mode (= the option before Midi Channel 1).

Thanks Michel, I will try this next week.
The Launchkey is working perfect in other applications, so I guess it's not broken.
have a great evening
