Flashed Scene fade overides HTP.

Ask a generic question about the usage of QLC+, not related to a particular operating system

HI Not sure i am doing this right perhaps there is a better way.
I have 4 scenes that utilize the red channel on a fixture.
Red, red2 Red F (flash) and Red F fade(flash then fade out)
As per the attached workspace.
The idea being to get a quick flash of red and fade back to current dmx value setting after 4 secs. I dont want to double click the button just hit and release.

A slider for scene red and another for red 2 thus reproducing the documentation example / Glossary/ HTP
And It works as expected.

Flash only check:
So the fixture is cruising along controlled by the slider at 90
I hit the button(Flash mode) which sends the light to 255 and on release it returns instantly to the slider setting of 90.
So far so good.

Toggle Mode check:
I create a "red f fade" scene which has a 4s fade out and attach it to a button
red Slider again at 90, hit the button, dmx jumps to 255, hit the button again and it fades towards zero but stops at slider setting 90.
Again as expected.

Flash n fade check:
Now I set the button to Flash mode.
red Slider again at 90, hit the button, dmx jumps to 255 and slowly fades to 0 ???
And the only way to get my slider to work is to return it to 0 and slide up again.

In all other cases it returns to the 90 setting ie adhering to HTP. But Flash mode seems to force it into an LTP like state?

My apologesis, I initially went to to tech support but couldn't find the new topic button. Lesson learnt I need to dig down the menus more. It had been a long day.
