Tap tempo with cue list

Hi
1. Created chasers for every song we play
2. Matched fade/hold times to corresponding song tempos as close as possible
3. Added these song chaser to new chaser, added this to cue list

This works fine this far. However realized, we are not playing with metronome and tempo does vary during show.
- Added speed dial and song chasers to it. Purpose is to control hold times with midi controller when playing live.

Result is that all work done in step 2 is lost and all the upcoming songs in cue list have wrong timing. (Yes I had backup of workspace)

Is there way to adjust hold times in fly without changing pre-set hold times? Am I thinking wrong? Correct way to do this? Thanks in advance.

Maybe it is an option to put a Loopback slider on (the Hold Time of) your Speed Dial.
The Clue is to find a matching Range (on the Input tab of your Speed Dial) and then you can fine tune it with the Slider.
