Hello! I registered on this forum to show off with my interesting use of QLC. Maybe it will help someone and make your life easier ;)

I'm a mobile DJ and I was looking for some good way to control my lights. I have a USB-DMX 512 box and i use it to connect with a few PAR and BAR led effects. I use Serato and at first I switched window between Serato and QLC, but this was a bit annoying. Recently I've got an idea to control QLC via OSC and found a good way to do it. I know that TouchOSC was tested, but Lemur app looked a bit more comfortable for me.

So, first part of things that I achieved:

1. Created a few chasers, sequences and organized a part of Virtual Console
2. Downloaded Lemur app (it's a bit expensive but shhhh ;) ) and connected it via OSC
3. Created my own interface with Lemur Editor and mapped the controls to a profile in QLC
4. Connected the elements of Virtual Console to external input

And now the second part, which is helpful for creating light shows even far from my lights ;)

5. Connected QLC to Magic 3D Easy View via ArtNET (I remembered that software bc I used it with Freestyler once)
6. Reproduced my equipment in the software and adressed fixtures
7. Tested everything for a few hours

By doing this, I made it realy easy for me to control my lights. Below I'll show you how it looks. The interface has 9 functions, speed fader, tap button, audio trigger button, all functions off and a few faders for adjusting single color. What I plan to do next is some advanced controls for moving heads, which I plan to buy. This will include XY pad, a few buttons and faders. If you have any ideas how to make it better, don't mind giving them below ;)

I can't get the Magic 3D Easy to connect to ArtNet in the Universes patch dialog box.

I can clock on SandNet, but not Art-Net

Is this the QLC+ in-output screen?
Isn't it supposed to send out Artnet to the 3D Magic device?

I had the same problem. You can only have one network adapter activated for it to work.
If you have Windows 10, right-click on the Windows icon in the taskbar, select Network connections, under "Advanced network settings" select "Change adapter options".
You will then see all active network adapters.

For me it was "Ethernet (Realtek controller that provides my active internet connection)" and there were two virtual "vEthernet" adapters next to it, right-click on them and deactivate them, then the green check mark should appear when you click on the Art-Net button :-)

The adapters will then be activated again after a restart, so don't be surprised if you have the problem again after restarting the computer.
