Rpi 5: Debian - only black screen after QLC+ install

Hello everybody,

got a new Raspberry 5 some days ago where I installed Bookworm OS with RPi Imager, everything worked fine. todaxy I installed the QLC+ .deb package from the reserved area, and now I get a blank screen with a blinking cursor after the boot procedure. I see the Debian Logo first and then, for half of a second, the QLC+ in a very low resolution (I do not have any autostart settings for QLC+ so I wonder why I see that window), but afterwards I only have a black screen with a blinking cursor on the upper left edge.
When I uninstall QLC+ Debian boots successfully again.
Any idea?

Hi, what if you launch QLC+ manually with

/usr/sbin/qlcplus-start.sh

Does it start correctly or do you get any error message that might provide an hint of what's going on?
