Hello,
I want to control a fog machine. I would like to be able to change the ejection time and the non-ejection time differently.
This is not possible with a chaser or a sequencer.
Or very simply:
A fog machine widget would be nice
With: - ejection time
- non-ejection time
- fog volume
- fan speed
Is this possible in a soon coming version?

What I always use is a chaser with asymmetrical timing.
Before show time, I define the utmost fog a venue can have. So, basically, create a mist—way too much for the venue. Remember that ventilation and open (closed) doors may influence this behaviour.
Now, this said, I have the 'output fog' setting fixed in a scene. In general, I set the fan speed to a value that will reach the other side of the stage and get an even mist.
With the help of a zero-fog scene, I have a chaser with two steps. The off-scene and the 'output fog'-scene. Both share the hold at the same time.
With the help of a Speed Dial widget—this is what you are after—I can dynamically set the amount of fog I'm producing, whether slow pulses or fast pulses. The fan speed stays constant.

Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're trying to do, since you can control the fan speed and fog output separately, I don't really see the problem.
If I want to have a low fog output with a high fan speed, I can create a Scene with the fan set to 255 and the fog set to 32. If I need the fan to run longer than the fog, I can create another Scene with the fan at 255 and the fog at 0. Put one Scene after the other in a Chase and set the Fade In, Fade Out and Duration of each step. Each individual Scene can be used and reused numerous times within a Chase.
You can create any number of Scenes with various Fan and Output levels. I've used foggers in this manner for years.
