Adding a function to the timeline creates a duplicate of it

I have been using QLC+ for a couple of months and for me it works great using the Virtual Console. But now, I need to create more sophisticated shows that requires better sync.

I have noticed that every time I use the show mode and add something to the timeline it creates a duplicate of the function. No matter what.

Can someone tell me how to stop that?

This behaviour is completely normal. If you import a sequence that has already been created in the Show Manager, QLC creates a copy of it.

The idea behind this is that if you change the sequence in the show, the original sequence remains unchanged!
