Transfer fixtures

Hello, I've changed Mac and I'd like to know how to transfer the fixtures I've created from my old Mac to my new Mac. I've tried to put my files in the "fixtures" folder on the new Mac, but there's nothing I can do. How can I do this? Thanks a lot
