I want to input an external input to the QLC+ using the DMX-USB cable from the attached Amazon link and the XLR male-to-male cable, but the input does not work (output using the same cable is possible).

From the device settings, the DMX USB mode is set to input (after changing to open RX), but there is no sign of input. (I set the virtual console slider to move in response to input, but it didn't.)

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance.

My environment is as follows.
Windows 11
QLC+ 4.12.7

If you go to the QLC+ Compatibility page (https://www.qlcplus.org/discover/compatibility), you will find that a FTDI USBCOM 485+ adapter is "Output Only".
A QLC Workspace is like a Bob Ross painting: "it's your world, you can create whatever you want!"
