Resize in Virtual Console?

This is probably something simple, like deleting a fixture is more than just the delete key.

How do I resize buttons, frames, cues, etc.?

in design mode, select a widget and a small gray triangle to resize it appears(lower right corner)

Thanks! I tried that edit button several times, but all I was editing was the VC itself. Didn't occur to me that clicking on one of the widgets would reframe the context. Thought there was just a button somewhere I couldn't find.
