there are two different moving heads
they have a different sequence of colors on the wheel
How can I make sure that all the colors match and change equally?

If those are two different brands - the colors won't match (even within the same family, colors will be off).
If you want to change them together, add a zero intensity scene inside a chaser, add the scene with the colors set for both movers, and add a scene inside the chaser resetting the intensity again. Adopt timing in function of how quick the colorwheel both react. The scene with the colors will have different settings for both movers... Not doing so, will visually result in one mover changing (scrolling) through say 2 colors, where the other will have to scroll 6 positions.
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
