Bigger Buttons for Cue List Player

Hi,
is it possible to make the Buttons in the Cue List Player bigger?
I am running QLC+ on Linux with an 16" Touchscreen. I made real big normal buttons (72pt Font Size). But the buttons in the Cue List Player are tiny in comparison to them:-)

Change the UI scaling, a quick search in the docs will help :)
