Some quick settings available on the modals, like the strobe speed, are extremely difficult to precisely control. If I'm on 2D View, for example, and I enable strobe from the quick settings, I have to then manually go to another view to have access to the precise slider to be able to then disable it by setting it back to 0.
I have to go here to disable it, for example:
It'd be very useful to have a better slider on that modal.
Almost impossible to reset some quick settings back to 0

I did, and it doesn't seem to do anything. Also, especially now with the redesign, users might not always have a mouse, as they might be on a touchscreen, for example. As far as I can tell, part of the reason behind the redesign was to make the program more touchscreen-friendly, but I could be wrong.

You are right with that statement ... v5 is being developed with a touch screen in mind. Some of us are sceptical that it also should involve programming. Using the VC with touch is defacto standard in all my setups.Micael wrote: ↑Thu Dec 07, 2023 2:15 pmI did, and it doesn't seem to do anything. That said, entering minor changes to values is not finger-friendly... This part still (must) might be improved later on.

Perhaps an Mui style horizontal slider would help with this.
