Hey everyone, big news!
We're thrilled to announce that our website has undergone a significant transformation.
Over the years, QLC+ has matured and evolved, expanding its capabilities and serving users in more ways than we could've ever imagined.
It was time our digital home reflected that growth and sophistication.
First, an update to the QLC+ main website:
https://www.qlcplus.org
Here we used an open source technology and a bunch of funny plugins to offer you the best experience ever!
Second, our documentation is now in a better format:
https://docs.qlcplus.org/
This is a little gem we setup and it's future proof. Ready for multi-language support, for v4 and v5 documentation, and if you have a GitHub account and a little knowledge of Markdown, you can collaborate to improve it via GitHub Pull Requests!
We've also started to use a new logo! Designed and refined by the passionate designers on the forum.
We applied a premium theme to the forums. It's modern and it even let you switch between dark/light mode.
Last but not least, We are launching a merchandise service via Shopify! Check it out. Over time we will add more cool stuff for your daily lighting activities!
https://merch.qlcplus.org/
Take a moment to explore the new site, and let us know your thoughts.
Here's to lighting up the future, together!
A new, modern look

Nice work to who contributed to the effort
It surely will attract a bunch of new users.
The newly themed forum, I'm not so fond of ... a lot of white-space and a little too small font? It may look modern but IMHO less efficient.

The new site looks gorgeous and very professional, bravo! I also was surprised to see my testimonial quoted (the use cases I describe there were rather trivial setups)
I also like how the new forum look matches the main page, haven't found it to be lass efficient, it's still phpBB just painted by a new theme, but all elements are in their usual place, isn't it?
But yes, the font could be a bit bigger.

Thanks for the great work!! I'll try the QLC+5 beta 2
I'm a software architect, so I'll be digging the source code to achieve minor "missing" things I wish qlc+ have, so in a near future I'll be glad to help

Could you please make the older versions of QLC+ available for download again, though?
They used to be on the old website. Unfortunately, V 4.12.7 doesn't work on Ubuntu 18 and some machines I'm working with can't be updated to 20 or 22 (which are also noticeably slower, which is a problem for some shows). V. 4.12.4 works great with Ubuntu 18, so it would be great for that to be available for download still (as well as 4.12.5 and 4.12.6, just in case). The current new website only provides 4.12.7 and 5.0.0.

Unfortunately modifying the template is quite a challenge. (I tried last night)
The only "easy" thing I found was making the header a little bit shorter
