Detached 3D view glitch and crash + YT video test

Hi, I report this glitch.

In short, when I right click on "3D view" to detach the window and drag it where I want, a glitch appears between the "3D view" and "All universes" buttons. This causes the impossibility to click all the other buttons of the program and if I try to move the side windows a more generic glitch is created. This glitch often causes the program to crash. p.s This glitch happens with both new and already saved and open projects.

I recorded the test I did and posted the "unlisted" video on Youtube.
