Hi, I'm new here and I'm sorry, I don't know if I posted the topic in the right section, but I am asking for help. How to install qlc+ on ipad ios 16.5 with M1? virtual machines do not work (utm). I saw the options via a web browser, but I don't see how to do it on a macbook. Is it possible? How to do it?
It's a phenomenal program, it doesn't want any adj or magicQ.
Currently, I control everything via wi-fi through a router and BlueDmx receivers, but on a tablet with windows 10. And I would like to switch to an iPad due to better battery life and "pinching" the screen because I also need an iPad for other applications, and I would like to have everything in one tablet and have quick access to control while running the event.

AFAIK there is no iPad version right now. Windows, Linux, macOS are available.
While it might be possible to port QLC+ to iOS, I don't know if there are any plans to do so.
You may try to put raspberry or similar small computer near the router and use web interface to control it.

Do you know where I can get information on how to control the program on a macbook using a website for an ipad? It's called an API?
On windows I've seen a tutorial with Spanish commentary, but not on macos, and there are completely different commands for the command line.

QLC+ can be controlled with MIDI or OSC protocols for iPad you can use TouchOSC or Open Stage Control. With TouchOSC you have to install it on your iPad. To control with Open Stage Control a simple web browser is needed. There are many examples on the web of booth programs.

If it helps, in a venue I run a raspberry pi as controller and at the bar, they set the looks by using a tablet that runs the remote control web page. Works a sheer.

FYI: It seems Massimo attempted to run on iOS few years ago: https://github.com/mcallegari/qlcplus/c ... d3c5769ca6

Hi, in the Open Stage Control tcp-port is not needed you have to fill osc-port with the output port configured in QLC+

I noticed that for OSC over 127.0.0.1 both Input and Feedback are 'Boxed", but you also use the same address 127.0.0.1 for Output over ArtNet.
For Midi Controllers and USB - DMX interfaces there is a rule that you can't have both (Output and Feedback), might be that Output over Artnet in someway overrules your OSC Feedback.
I suggest you unbox Output and give that a try.

Have you created an input profile in QLC+? the addresses path are not the same in output and input. The path /fade_1 i s not the same as /fader. Other trick I found setting up my first project avoid _ in controls names, for example change the control rename from fader_1 to fader1.
I think that the port 53223 is not relevant.

Take a look to this post the "_" is used for TouchOSC X/Y pad and don't be used for naming Open Stage Control or OSC Path.
