display bug in Input / Output Tab

Report an issue that you found while using QLC+ 5.x.

When opening QLC+ 5 without having selected a file, in the Input / Output tab there is a line connected to Universe 1 without an input source connected to it:

This happens to me in windows when an input is removed.
