click and go menu hidden by slider frame

on the virtual console in a slider group when you have a click and go button under the slider when I click it the menu barely shows up because it's hidden behind the frame. the fix is that it shouldn't be restricted by the frame. also, when you edit a slider in a frame and then close the menu and scroll down the slider doesn't move up along with everything else until I switch tabs and come back.
