Is there a way that i can use the function wizard for multiple fixtures that share a common attribute?

i.e If i have Fixture A and Fixture B that both have the same color wheel, to create a fixture group and then create the scenes for all those fixtures? When i try and select a fixture group, it just seems to give me the individual fixture groups, not my custom group

You could also use a Click & Go Slider in level Mode.

Create a slider, select Level mode, now select (only) the Color Wheel Channels from all the Fixtures you want to group and finally (nearly) at the bottom click Gobo/Effect/Macro.
If your Fixture Defnitions are complete this will work fine.

No, you even don't have to use the slider. Just click on "the box"and select your color from the pop up.
