Hi, i settled from Freestyler / win to QLC /Macos ^^

I use my Groundcontrol Pro to start chases in QLC. I have a problem. Since my controller only sends "on" messages, Qlc only triggers on the chases, one by one. It would be perfect, if it would automatically stop the last chase, when it starts a new one. Is that possible?

Thank you

Hello,

I've moved the topic since it's not really mac related.

You may want to put the chasers is a Solo Frame https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN ... frame.html

An option could be to create a script, at the + you should select Stop Function and then select the Chaser(s) you want to stop.
Now set this script as the first step in your new chaser.

Another option would be to create a Solo Frame with buttons for each of the chasers you want to exclude each other.
You don't have to actually use those buttons, so you can make them very small or even put another widget on top of it.

Finally you could make use of the External Control of the Cue Lists that run your chasers. Basically use the same "On message" that starts your new chaser also as Stop Signal in the Cue List of your Previous Chaser.
A QLC Workspace is like a Bob Ross painting: "it's your world, you can create whatever you want!"
