Akai MPK Mini - Pads not working

I am trying to connect/map my Akai MPK Mini for MIDI control, but the pads are not registering using the automatic wizard (or any of my other attempts to manually add). Has anyone else managed to use this controller or have any ideas/recommendations for getting the 8 pads to integrate with QLC? Note that all of the other keys/knobs connected just fine - only the pads are not. Thanks!

Reviving an old post but it might still be helpful to someone:

Take a look at the mapping in the MPK mini Program Editor; The Pads midi channel is set to 10, while the keybed and controls are set to midi channel 1. So, that's why 😉 Set the pads to midi channel 1 in your program editor and that should make them work. (And then map them to notes that you wouldn't normally use)

Another option could be to set your MIDI Plugin to listen to all channels (if you are on channel 1 press down one more time).
