1. I have a midi console (akai apc mini) used with QLC+. I have some scenes with static pan / tilt for scan or moving heads. But sometime I need to adjust them live because people are not exactly where they were supposed to be. The issue with using faders for that is that if I trigger a scene with some button, then use faders to "fix" my pan/tilt, heads will move based on initial fader value.
I would like to find something to increase/decrease pan/tilt relatively to current value in qlc+. The only thing I'm thinking off is a custom script which does a +/- to current pan/tilt value and assign them to buttons. Is there any better way ?
2. Same kind of question for FX, I define FX for moving head patterns, is there a way to update the x/y pos of pattern in live from midi console ?

The 'problem' here is that it uses absolute values from external controllers. So not a real answer for you here...

I came across this subject by accident (i was actualy looking if there was a fixture definition for the APC Mini).
I wondered if this issue could be solved by using LoopBacks and played a bit with it (see attached example).
On the Left Hand Side you will find two Sliders that actualy control the Pan and Tilt Channels of 1 fixture.
Next to it are 3 buttons (in a solo Frame) that provide default settings.
Notice that when you activate Default 1 you stil have the possibiliy to change the Pan or Tilt (but it will only remain active untill you press a button again).
On the right you will find 2 additional sliders that basically act as an "initial setting" : if you use one of the default buttons and then put it off, the 2 faders on the left will take the values from the faders on the right.
I do realise that this is far from a ready to use solution for your issue (it might be that it is even the opposite) but it might be a another direction to examin.
By the way: i used an existing work space to play around.
On the right side you will find 2 frames that are not relevant for this subject but are amother example of what you can achieve with Loopbacks.
