the last for today,
the external controls do not work when I change page:
] next cue
[ prev cue
I've tested only with keyboard shortcuts.
Extra 1:
if you add a cue to the chaser, the cue list doesn't update visually but the new cue it's there!
eg. add the cue "dimmer 1" at the end of the chaser and play it, the slider in monitor mode will update.
Extra 2:
if you change the slider from monitor mode to adjust mode, the widget doesn't update.
external control misbehaviour with multiple pages

hi Massimo,
probably I've found these issues together but my intention was to be coincise and clear for you,
one post is about external controls, the other about loopbacks.
My goal is to use v.5 and since a year I haven't touch v.4, I did quite a complex show then and I've already reported that v.4 is too slow to be a real alternative. In that occasion I realized that it's necessary to complete the efx editor.
Yesterday I did my first show with v.5 and it went good, still a lot to fix but the general experience is much better.
Funny thing: the show is ending with a slow efx (that now is nicely fading in) and an hour before the audience arrival the director asked me if I could fade it out smoothly on one performer... yes this is another case that shows the importance to complete the efx editor!

OK, by "multiple pages" you didn't mean "multiple pages on a single frame", but "multiple VC pages".
That is intentional. Imagine Page 2 is locked with a PIN. Naturally that means it is protected from "unwanted" users. Then why allowing key shortcuts or input signals?
I need to check what happens on pages of the same frame, but I think key combinations will work.

I've tried multiple pages because of this disgraced issue:
viewtopic.php?f=35&t=15665
The frames are not reliable, believe me, and this issue is not going to be resolved if you cannot reproduce it.
I was not aware of your intentions about multiple pages, nevertheless why not allow feedbacks?
One could lock a page to hide the complexity or to not touch inadvertently some functions, maybe it would be more useful to "disable" a page according to your idea.
I think it's would be very handy to split the VC in multiple pages, to keep things ordered and to not have a big window that doesn't fit the screen.
