On Windows 10 - 10.0.19044, i have the same error using this versions:
QLC+_4.12.5.62.exe
QLC+_4.12.5.79.exe
QLC+_4.12.5.83.exe
the latest version that start is:
QLC+_4.12.5.29.exe

I confirm this issue and unfortunately I haven't found a solution yet.
As a workaroud, you can copy all the DLL files starting with 'lib' (lib*.dll) from the official 4.12.4 package and the TEST versions will work.

I wanted to let you know that I've just enabled Ubuntu 22.04 builds in our Open Build Service area.
No problems occurred, the builds just succeeded, but haven't been propagated to the download page yet, I expect that to happen within the next few hours.

It appears that the most recent Windows Test version (QLC+_4.12.8-20231110) does not load custom stylesheets. The other older version I have (QLC+_4.12.8.36) the sylesheet is loaded correctly.
