?? What do you mean?
Create a chaser based on scenes, where only the channels you want are affected? (The tick boxes above the channels)

Exactly.
Ex.
If I make a couple of scenes with different colors then I would like to make only one to change ex. intensity or strobe or another lamp.
Is it possible?

Yes of course.
I'd suggest that you put some sliders onto the VC. Put them in level control, controlling the intensities of groups (?) of fixtures.
Strobe is another scene, only strobing with full intensity. This scene, you can bind on a button with flash property.
All your colors scenes are put inside a chaser and thru go+ (next) you can advance inside the chaser.
All this is pretty standard.

Thanks.
Maybe I was not really clear.
I have a little room for karoke where my friends can sing when we have some party.
I have some Par cans (LED) and two moving heads. I want the light to manage itself by sound.
However I think I solved the problem :
I made several Cues with different divisions. One for the Par cans, one for the moving heads and one for "overall" dimming + strobe in the current situation.
Put them in different frequencies in the audio trigger.
Now I have enough variations without the lights flashing and spinning wildly.
I have one more question :
How do I get black out (and maybe reset the cue) a few seconds after music stops?
Or should I put in a new topic?
Thanks

Yeah normally you should start a new thread, but hey
That is actually a good question. And I don't have a good answer.
Thing is, the audio widget enables to get triggers based on the music. When the is no music, there are no triggers.
As a workaround, I would create yet another chaser with two steps. Set them to follow. First step is a dummy step, second step is a step with a long fade out time with your intensities. And stop. Every time the music triggers, you restart this chaser. When there is no trigger for next cue, the last step stays active and dims all fixtures.
For this to work you will have to change to LTP mode.
Maybe other forum users have a better solution?
