On VC create a button bound to the scene you would like to trigger.
In the properties of the button, you can assign an external control. Select universe 2 input 1. https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN/vcbutton.html 'external input'
(You can create an input profile if you would like to have a more descriptive name...)

I did it as described but it doesn‘t work…..is it possible that the Interface is wrong configured?

You are using the EntTec Pro interface. With the PRO manager, you have to set a universe as input.
I assumed you already figured that out.
When a signal enters QLC+ you should see a wiggling joystick on the in- output tab, where you set the universes.

I can't change the Input on den Pro Manager, only Output Rate, MAB, Break Time.....but now Input or Output
When i look at the DMX Receive Test on the Utility Control - i get the a signal one the right Channels but if i switch on the RaspberryPi i don't get a Signal
i use the ENTTEC DMX USB PRO Interface

Verify DMX 101:
* Make sure you have 'a signal' -> NO high impedance (=no cable fault, make it as short as possible)

* Verify with the tools you get with the product, that it IS registering something

EntTec Pro MK 2 Pro Manager -> cable channel 1 used as input

*(stop the tool you are using because it 'may' have exclusive access rights to the device)

*in QLC+:
- important: verify that a channel of your interface is NOT selected as input & output
