Flash scene not turning off all channels

Ask a generic question about the usage of QLC+, not related to a particular operating system

I created a scene for my Fog Fury Jett which includes turning on channel 1 (fog) and channel 2 (red). I then created a button on the virtual console for this scene and set it to a flash function. When I am live in operate mode, the button turns channel 1 and 2 to 255 when pressed, but when release, channel 1 stays at 255, and does not go back to 0 as channel 2 does. What could be causing this issue?

It happens to me too but I don't understand why. Have you solved yourself?

When someone responds: "That was it! Thank you!" one might assume that it was solved. No?

To your problem: What do you mean by 'It happens'? What is 'It'?
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

The key is to understand difference between HTP and LTP (see e.g. https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN ... t.html#LTP).
Then find out if the channel is HTP or LTP (check fixture definition -- all groups except dimmer/intesity are LTP) and/or override it in channel properties https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN ... rties.html
