Hi everyone.
First, sorry for my poor english. I'm french and I d'ont write in english so much.
I try this first post to ask you a question : I use qlcplus for a christmas show (children school). I make shows to start songs (and lights on songs). I just want to now if is possible to have a "timer" on virtual console.
I explain. I would like that when i click on the start button show, it starts a time remaining to the end of the song.
I try another way : if the show (song) lasts 2 minutes and 50 seconds, i would like that when I press the start button show, the clock displays 2'50 ... 2'49 ... 2'48...
Do you understand me ?
If yes, is that possible ? How ?
Thanks for reading.

Bonjour JF,
I will answer in english anyway
I'm not a specialist but take a look here. GGGss has always the answer : viewtopic.php?f=29&t=15338
In this topic, you learn how on virtual consol, you can launch a timer while you launch a function.
You can do the same when launching a show , and by setting the clock widget as a count down instead.
Be carefull. I've read that Show manager have his limit. It seems there could be sync issues.
One day, i will use a loopback magic too <3
Perhaps there is a better way ?

Thanks for that answer
I'm really interesting in the "loopback" but it doesn't work (it's the for time for me). Can you tell me what's wrong with the next steps :
In an empty project :
-1- In "Inputs/Outputs", I select "Universe 2" and, on line Loopback 1 I check "Input" and "Feedback"
-2- In "Fixtures", I create a generic dimmer in Universe 2 and channel 1
-3- In "Functions", I create :
--3a-- a new scene using the generic dimmer with 255 value
--3b-- a new Audio (on of my musics)
--3c-- a new collection with 3a and 3b in it.
-4- In virtual console, I create :
--4a-- a button with associated function : the collection
--4b-- a clock (timer) set to 2 minutes and with entry Play/Pause control : entry universe = universe 2: and entry channel = 1:?
Where is my mistake(s) please ?
Thanks for reading.

Is the Timer only for visualization (of the rest-time)?
For me it worked: in the Inputs/Outputs i set up the Loopback 1 as output and input (not really sure what feedback does, for OSC it is quite usefull, but for DMX values, i would prefer using Output, but its just my poor knowledge)

You need to tick the option input & output.
This will work when the output of the loopback universe is active.
You can check your values using the DMX monitor... https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN ... nitor.html
