flash function remains on unless i manually unclick it

I use the flash function to turn on one of my lights during a song

Sometimes when i stop a song the flash function instead of releasing just continues to stay on unless i manually unclick it

any idea why its doing this and how to fix it?

The only reason I can think of is that the scene which is bound to the flash button, is also used elsewhere and this scene is active???
