Hi,

I have programmed a simple function for 5 lights, which has the red colour for all lights fading from 0 to 255 in 5 seconds. I have assigned this function to the virtual console.

I also have a slider which I have programmed in 'level mode' to control strobe level of all lights. What I want to do is, to go to live mode, which will fade the lights to red from blackout. Then, use the slider to control the strobe. I notice that after the function is activated by the button, the slider has no effect on strobe. i.e. slider is not able to control the strobe levels.

Any suggestions on how to get the slider to control the strobe when the other function is active?

Is your slider only level-controlling the strobe channel?
Does the red-fade-cue only hold information for color and not the strobe channel?
I assume the dimmer channel is separated from both scenes also? (It has its own slider f.i.)
Otherwise, they might conflict.
It all depends on how your fixture is built and how its definition is composed.
