Strobe Light effect override everything else

Ask a generic question about the usage of QLC+, not related to a particular operating system

I have previously used a LC2412 DMX console for all my lights but recently started experimenting with QLC+. So far I am getting along pretty good transitioning my design to the computer.
One thing that I can't seem to figure out though is how to programm a button that "kills" every output except one for my strobe light.

The LC2412 had two special buttons that could be set up in a way that once pressed only their signal will be output and everything else will be set to DMX value 0.
In trying to replicate this function.

I have programmed my strobe scene with all fixtures set to 0 except for the strobe light. And that will work as long as I don't have any chasers running.
If I have a chaser running as soon as the next step of the chaser is triggered it will override the previosly set 0 value and the lights will start illuminating again.

I hope I was clear with what my problem is.
I'm sure there must a way to achieve such behavior, I can't imagine that a manual light console would have more features than a software console?

So if anybody has any suggestions of how to achieve this, I would be thankful for your input.

I added my workspace as well as my custom fixture files, in case that would be of any help.

Quick addition.
In case the language barrier proves difficult to understand my workspace. Here are a couple of screenshots of the strobe button and my chaser button.
