Colordash Accent 3 colour transition speed

Hi

Is there a way to have a slower transition between colours?

I am using MIDI to switch between 12 colour buttons that switch between 12 scenes of different colours . I am using Chauvett Accent Colordash 3 led fixtures. The transition between colours is instant and I would like them to fade from one too the next. The sequential order of transitions triggered from midi is randomised .

I have created my own fixture profile and it all works well in the light controller except the dimmer speed does not effect the speed of colour transition. Is there a way to control this from the the QLC+ light controller?

This is too easy ... fade timing inside a scene...

[edit] but sometimes a color change needs 2 steps... origin, thru color, end color. Just saying

@GGGss Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am a complete beginner and this was the last but quite stressful problem to solve before my first ever use of live lighting on an art installation. You have no idea how much pointing out the obvious (for you) has helped me. Again, thank you!!
