Hi every body,

To control the smoke machine I've made 3 chasers include 2 fonctions ON and OFF.
The first with 2 sec ON and 2 sec OFF
the second with 2 sec ON and 4 sec OFF
the third with 2 sec ON and 8 sec OFF

I've assigned the 3 chasers to 3 buttons in a frame and place a fader in submaster level to control the amount of smoke.
That's my solution to have a "smoke machine manager".

I'd like to make it better but I can't.
I'd like to create one chaser with fonction ON and OFF and one timer to control ON fonction and another timer to control OFF fonction.
But I don't fine the good way so I need a little help !!!
Thanks for all !

Sorry for my english language, it make a long time that I don't speak or write,
Johann.

I guess the amount of cumulative smoke is in the function of the 'on'-time, so in practice, I only control the 'on' time.
That said, you easily can establish this by creating a Speed Dial on the VC. To create an asynchrounous behaviour, you will have to be a little bit creative, playing with fade-times and hold.
(A submaster to control smoke, I didn't try yet, but it's an interesting touch...)
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

Hie GGGss,

Thanks for answer !
I'm ok with you, my problem that I don't want to have more than 2 Sec to on function cause more time make damage to the pump.
So I really want to control OFF function independently with ON function hold to 2 sec
I have hope, I'll try until I find !!!!!

when I'll have a good solution I'll post it !!!
