VC Buttons: Flashing / Toggling

A quick question on the VC buttons in v5 (the spreadsheet didn´t have the answer):

Are flash buttons still limited to triggering scenes? Or can we flash other elements too?

No? Well, then you know.
v5 reflects v4 behaviour, so my guess is 'not at this stage of development'
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
