Can i make a slider go (with an executor button) with a specific time (in a solo frame), and for example in 30 sec.

As being an experienced user (no pun intended) what do you want to achieve?
A button that triggers a slider and the slider has to increase over 30 seconds?
(and why would you want a slider inside a solo frame?)
Button triggers a scene with a fade in over 30s (through a channel in a loopback universe)
In this scene, use a dimmer in loopback channel universe.
Use (attach) the value of this channel to the slider (so it follows / monitors)

All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
