Hi
I have read in the documentation the following scentence: The main advatages of multipage frames are better usage of screen estate, and more functions can be controlled by limited number of available real faders.
In my case, I have enough faders available but only limited display place (and multi display is not possible for QLC afaik), thus to prevent the need for scrolling I was thinking about using pages. However, buttons and sliders assigned to functions and buttons on page 1 cannot be activated when looking at page 2. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks!

Controls, residing on other pages, are not meant to be controlled when there is no focus...
Rotary 'sliders' (knobs) are more compact and may be the solution?
I use knobs for non-essential settings (audio levels f.i.) since the physical controls are precise enough.
I can't think of a workaround - what if you play with the enable knob?

I am using knobs to trigger flash scenes or functions which I use a lot. I have optimized the showfile by using some collections and removing frames (which are just a visual thing), thus giving me some spare room. The enable button is indeed useful if you can order the functionalities accordingly.
It seems the maximise - minimise frame button seems to be the best option. Minimizing a frame keeps the button functionality while also making room for another frame!

Hello!
One solution, albeit not portable (for some), is a 34" 3440x1440 monitor. Trust me, lots of space for sliders.
I wish there were more compact sliders; being able to select their appearance as regular and compact would be a gorgeous addition.

Hi All! Brand new here. My first post.
>>Controls, residing on other pages, are not meant to be controlled when there is no focus...
I realize this is an old thread, but I thought I'd add my findings (and wishes) here for Massimo.
My situation is that I *want* all buttons (sliders, knobs, etc) to work regardless of what page they're on. For anyone else in this situation, my current workaround is this:
Press PLAY.
Don't change pages. Once you do, you'll have to go back to design mode and then press PLAY anew.
As long as you don't change pages, as least with my configuration (version 4.12.4 on Win10 using LoopMidi), all pages will be accessible to external MIDI controls.
As soon as you change pages, though, only the in-focus page becomes accessible.
A good feature would be to make it optional whether out-of-focus pages are able to be controlled externally. I can see use cases for both options.
Peace,
Bud
