Greetings!
I am setting up a virtual console for manual control of functionality of multiple moving lights and leds with widgets for the various parameters. Is there a way to set up a reset button that would cause all the sliders and effect sliders such as the RGB color picker slider to reset to their default value? So that with the press of a button all the sliders will go back to zero so I do not have to go and reset each intensity, each color etc similar to the reset button in the simple desk? The ideal is that I will set it up for lay people to use the virtual console only and not have to use any other functionality.
Hope I am putting this in the right place and my question is clear!
Thanks in advance!

Use a submaster for that; place all your intensity faders inside a frame and add a submaster. Now you can control all intensity channels by 1 fader.
For the rest of your questions; you could opt for a reset-all-scene, but that would mean all your movers will go to a (maybe unwanted) zero-position, resetting all colors and gobo's. But you will run into the next problem that with your RGB's, the HTP logic will kick in, and set color will stay put (because their values are higher (set by the sliders) than the default-all-off scene.
Another way to achieve this is to press 'stop all running functions', but unpressing will resume the previous situation.
Somehow you always need a basic look, where to build on. Resetting everything to zero may be unwanted.
