Start QLC+ in virtual mode with loaded show

Hello. I've been a very happy user of QLC+ for several years but have an unusual question. I'm helping out a church with their online streaming and they have 2 LED fixtures that need control.......mostly anyone that is going to need to control the fixtures is a volunteer so what I'd like to do is have an icon on their desktop that will start QLC+, load the virtual desktop and allow them to click on the "ON" button that I configured. Is there an easy way to do this?

You need to add options -o and -p
