I have created this moving head profile but I am unable to get the pixel portion of the moving head to work. Looking at the simple desk its not holding the master dimmer channel. Attached is the profile if someone can help. The fixture looks like the one in this link below.

A DMX chart would help
Don't use master dimmer inside your 'heads' structure.
Changed the definition in the annex.
(I think you will have to refine shutter (f.i. slow to fast, swell, ...) and other channels I had a quick look into)
