All modes present, validator passes it. Note that if you want anything at all out of the fixture, you need to make sure the Off / Dimmer / Strobe / Open channel isn't Off; I've defaulted it to Open (255) to reflect that, and set pan and tilt to neutral rather than zero.

Long title to improve searchability. The web pages selling this fixture all describe it as a 7 x 10W Moving Head Light, but the fixture is printed with "U'King Mini LED Moving Head" as its only label and has no data plate with a model number on it.

I strongly suspect this is a generic 9CH / 14CH light out of Guangzhou. Equivalents include:

I think there's a strong case for the Chamsys approach of keeping a separate, searchable database of fixture definition files. If you wanted to do that, I could *potentially* work on it - quite a few other projects in the pipeline at the moment.
