I downloaded and moved it to my personal fixture folder (~/.qlc/fixtures, as I'm on linux).
It appears in the fixture library, I can save a workspace containing it, and load it again without errors...
So I suspect the error must be on your side somewhere...
Maybe you can post your OS, QLC version and a test workspace that throws the error?

Now, this is interesting ...
It claims to be a 15ch fixture. But in the listing of channels, you can see that channel 16 also has a function.
Very dangerous this, because the next assigned fixture, a PAN channel holding a value between 150 and 200 will reset the previous fixture.
@OP: you will have to test if your fixture does actually do a reset when channel 16 is set to a value of 150.
Your fixture definition looks good (besides the lacking #16 channel).
Personal fixture definitions have to be placed inside your personal fixture folder. (O.S. dependant)

Hey,
i fixed the missing 16th channel for you, see the attached definition file.
that manual is quite minimal and written in horrible style, even for a cheap chinese fixture. it states that it has a 15 channel mode, but lists 16 channels in the DMX table. From the poor parameter description I gathered that the missing channel should be ch 11, speed control for the color mixer. without the real unit i cannot verify if that is true.
As for your problem, I just rebooted to my Win10 system and put the definition into my "personal fixture folder" (just to make sure, C:\Users\MyUser\QLC+\Fixtures). No problem for me, it shows up as Illumsolid->Hy007.
I cannot really help you with that, I'm afraid, maybe try to reset your QLC configuration as explained in the manual, other than that I'm out of ideas. The fixture definitely should show up when the file has been put to the correct location.

Frederic,
Please verify and confirm that ch. 16 is actually resetting the fixture with a value of >150.
This is very important to know.
Kind regards,
Fred
