Goodmorning everyone,
I intend to buy an Akai APC Mini and connect it to Qlc + via USB.
I know that the configuration is easy to do, but the question that arises is:
"Once connected AKAI APC is it possible to receive also NOTE ON \ OFF from QLab?
Or I must have to choose whether to use Qlab or Akai in MIDI reception in my QlC+ configuration? "
I hope I was able to explain my question, thanks to everyone.

You can use as many MIDI devices as you need. Create new universe for each MIDI device.
Do NOT use universe for both DMX output and MIDI control.
Use MIDI universe output for feedback to MIDI controller, or leave it disconnected.

Thanks for the answer ,
For a shows i must to control a show with Akai Apc & QLC+(like as a Qlc's wing), and at certain times I need to activate a button (on qlc+) by sending a signal (I suppose MIDI ) from Q-Lab to Qlc.
Is it possible to do such a thing ?

Yes,
The shortest answer possible
Did you read the chapter about connecting hardware to QLC+? https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN/midiplugin.html
It helps to study a bit.
