Hello,
I would like to control several DMX universes with QLC. That's why I bought 2 Eurolite USB-DMX512 Pro Interfaces MKII. These are connected to my MacBook Pro 16 "(MacOS 10.15.6) via an active USB 3.0 hub. I am using the current QLC version 4.12.3. However, I have the problem that as soon as both interfaces are connected to the laptop, only one a DMX signal can be output (green LED on the interface). The other is "dead". I also noticed that the DMX output runs via the other interface after a new system start (not always, but mostly). How can I fix the problem so that both interfaces are active and the DMX universes are always output via the same interface?

Heya, So I make some assumptions:
- both devices are connected when QLC starts, and both 'initialize' ( for DMX King they go from slow to fast flash )
- you have 2 U configured in QLC+ and both devices show up on the Input/Output as 'DMX USB' uniquely
- You should select 1 USB for U1 output .. and the other for U2
- If you select on of the USB device and click the screwdriver/wrench .. you see BOTH devices in the window with unique serial numbers
- both devices are visible uniquely when you goto apple -> option-key -> System Information... -> USB -> Hub
I have used a similar config with ultraDMX MIcro's and it worked... tho not recently .. I can go grab my backup adapter and test if you've got the rest right.

- both devices are connected when QLC starts and are "initialized" (picture 1 and 2)
- I've set up 2U and configured them in QLC. Both devices are also shown in the Input/Output-List (picture 3)
- device 1 is linked to U1 and device 2 to U2 (also on picture 3)

Picture 8 shows my light setup. The USB-Hub is connected via USB-C to my MacBook. The 2 DMX Interfaces are on USB-Port 1 and 2. Port 3 and 4 are for my Novation Launchpads to control the lights. The last 2 Port (9 and 10) are connected with USB plugs for my light case.
What do I wrong?
