Hi to everyone. I´m composing a music piece in which I want to incude light programming. The music will be managed from Max Msp and my question is which is the way to go to sync the music from Max and light programming. Should I control the lights directly from Max or should I simply send from Max the signs to start light sequences programmend in QLC ? Which is the best/more practical/safe way to go ? I´m currently comunicating via OSC from Max To QLC.

That is completely up to you.
In a later phase developing your music to light environment, I guess it will be best to keep things strictly separated.
So have QLC+ control your lights, and have your other program to send simple OSC commands to QLC+.
