Excelvan rgbw cob

Please can someone help we are new to this DMX control and are not confident in writing a fixture for the cob lights we have
the manufacture is Excelvan
R x 3
G X 3
B X 3
W X 3
using 512 DMX control
channel 1 is dimmer
channel 2 is red
channel 3 is green
channel 4 is blue
channel 5 is white
channel 6 is function choose
channel 7 is function speed
channel 8 i'm not sure about

im sure there is possibly a prewritten fixture for this light but i haven't found it as yet.
if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great

i have a picture of the box but cannot find the manufacturer on the net only an ebay seller
