DMX Stutter?

Hi guys!

I''m having a little problem. I've got 2 mac 250's wash, when running EFX at a very low speed they begin to stutter and start to shake a little bit.

Any ideas how this is happening? The FX generator is using the fine pan and tilt also. So i really dont know where to start searching..

Im also running the 16 bit extended mode.
