xUbuntu 18.04 install trouble

Hello everyone, I am using instructions at https://software.opensuse.org/download. ... lcplus-qt5
to install manually.
I run into trouble on the last command of the ubuntu 18.04 instructions.

sudo apt-get install qlcplus-qt5
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package qlcplus-qt5

Using synaptic package manager I do see qlcplus-qt5:amd64. I try installing it, but I get lots of dependency errors.

sudo apt-get install qlcplus-qt5:amd64
