Hi @ all,
I've got a question regarding the licence of QLC+.
The disclaimer says that QLC+ is for non-commercial use and I have to get a permission for using QLC+ in commercial projects.
On the other side, QLC+ is licensed under the Apache 2.0 license, which allows any free (commercial) use / redistribution and so on.
So, do I have to get a permission for installing QLC+ in a bar or other location? Is the information on the "disclaimer" page outdated?
Kind regards, Tobi

The single sentence you're referring to might be a bit misleading, even though it also says "Unless otherwise specified"
In any case the Apache 2.0 license is valid.

Thank you for for answer (and the great software!). I'd love to contribute some improvements & a couple of fixture files as soon as they are ready, I'm a developer too.
Do you mind changing the text a lil bit, one of my bosses in a club still believes that he is not allowed to use QLC+ without your permission
