Paypal is not operate in my country.
how can i make donation other than paypal ?

Having trouble with the Paypal login too. I'm based in the U.S., maybe they're just down for some reason but it's been a couple days.

I'm having trouble to believe Paypal is down ... you know it is a very very large financial institution you are talking about??
Last outage was 12/10/19 and lastet 3 minutes in the AM region : https://www.paypal-status.com/history/production

Same here (Russia), Paypal isn't really blocked, but you can't use it with a bank account in roubles so it can't be used if someone doesn't send you money first. I've stopped using it because of that, not to mention that even when I had money on it (from selling old Soviet uniforms abroad!), many shops wouldn't accept Paypal transactions with a Russian delivery address... But that's just unrelated ranting.
