I'm not quite sure if this is your problem, but if by "PC Spotlight 1000W" you mean a conventional halogen PC theater light connected to one of your dimmers, you won't find it in the fixture list.
It doesn't make much sense to distinguish between Profile spots, PCs, Fresnels etc. inside QLC+, as they all use only a single intensity channel anyway.
Just use the default "Generic Dimmer" fixture and add as many of these as your venue has. In the "Add fixtures" dialog you can tell how many dimmers you want to be logically combined, and how many dimmer channels each of these groups has. I use that to represent the hardwaare in the theater - usually several 19" dimmer racks supplying 6 or 12 dimmer channels, and the multicore cabling typically also carries 6 channels per cable. While adding these dimmer "blocks" set the start address for the first block. You can name them to show the channel numbers you're used to, so you can locate them easier later. Once this is done you can access your lights from the simple desk, make some scenes in function manager, or create faders/buttons etc. for single channels, groups or eventhe scenes you just made, in the virtual console tab... it will probably take you a while of experimenting and re-reading the manual to understand how everything is organized inside QLC, but once you've got used to it it's a nice workflow in my opinion.
